philosophy of St. Joseph School is to provide for the education,
gradual growth and development of the whole child; spiritually,
intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically while meeting the
needs of the individual within a Christian atmosphere centered in
Christ. A child’s beliefs, attitudes, values, character and behavior are
developed by his/her parents who are the child’s first and foremost
educators. The Catholic school aims to provide the child with a climate
in which faith, trust, and love for God and others are encouraged, lived
and witnessed in his/her life.

believe Catholic educators, both parents and teachers, have the
responsibility to create the proper environment that will nourish the
gift of faith, which God freely gave at Baptism. We as educators must
help the child to accept and strengthen this God-given gift through
attendance at weekly Mass and the reception of Sacraments.
