Students will be able to accurately use primary sources and evidence in answering writing assignments and come away with a greater scope of the founding of our nation. We will discuss the early inhabitants and cultures of the Native Americans and how geography developed their cultures.

As well, we will travel through colonial development and the War for American Independence. This will involve greater detail about the founding of our nation, the current government structure and the U.S. Constitution.
